We won't learn until April 19 whether Edie survived the strangulation/ car crash/electrocution (although I have to say it's not looking good is it?) on "Desperate Housewives." But we do know that Nicollette Sheridan has stated that she won't be returning to the show next season.

Should the 2008 TV season be forgot and never brought to mind?

Okay before we get to today's review of Leverage, I need ask you a favor. If you've never seen the movie Ordinary People, you need to go out and rent it immediately. It is a devastating look at a suburban family and Timothy Hutton is positively amazing in it. I think by now I've seen the movie at least 10 times and every time I gain something new.
There are some things that no matter how much technology advances, I still like to kick it old school style.
Last night's episode of Boston Legal was, as Alan (James Spader) summed up, eventful. The firm has gone bankrupt, Shirley and Carl are engaged and Alan put forth a convincing speech about the state of racism in America.
It occurred to me that this season with Annie (Shenae Grimes) on 90210, Meredith on Grey's Anatomy and Dr. Brenner of ER, it's kind of raining annoying characters on TV.
