RSSWho is the Mole?
You know I'm all about fearless predictions. That's why I think it is perfectly reasonable to after only seeing two episodes this season to declare who I think the Mole is. I've narrowed it down to two choices:
1. Victoria: She's all smiley, nice and, right now, totally hanging out under the radar. I'm usually the most suspicious of the quiet ones. People do tend to underestimate former beauty pageant contestants. Also she was one of the first four cast members announced -- maybe that means something, maybe it doesn't, but it does make me wonder.
2. Bobby: Sure he seems like the obvious choice because reallly who needs to be carried around in a wheelbarrow? He's 25 years old and a restaurant manager -- he should be used to being on his feet, don't you think? I think Bobby is using some serious reverse psychology. He's acting so much like he's the Mole that no one will think he's the Mole.

Men in Trees Series Finale
Can I just say, BOOOOOOOOO! I can't believe the series ended with Annie and Patrick in such a bad place. It's so disappointing because we know that hockey player isn't good for Annie in the long run.
The series also ended with Marin having yet another annoying story line with Jack. When will she learn that she shouldn't make an executive decision for her significant other without consulting him? Obviously, she's not going to learn it any time soon on this show.

What did you think of PJ chosing Bobby to go to Rome with her? I loved it because it kind of brought the show back to a little bit of its initial premise -- when PJ first met Bobby she had a crush on him.
What worries me, as I said on Monday, is how quickly the show moved on from her choice. You know I like the show but we need to see some growth in PJ at some point. What did you think of who PJ chose and how it played out? Talk about it below.

Bobby kind of creeps me out. A young guy in the prime of his life who can't run for more than 3 feet before being totally exhausted and having to be pushed around in a wheel barrow? He also looks extremely anorexic. Does seem like a nice enough guy though, that's why it's extra creepy.
AMY: I'm so glad that you're also a fan of The Mole. I have enjoyed every season, even the celebrity editions.
Honestly, I have figured out who The Mole was every year, but I definitely needed more than 2 episodes to figure it out. Some viewers keep looking for those "hidden" clues throughout, but I think they're way too obscure. For example, one time their "clue" was Frederique's initials printed on some boxes in a freezer? Give me a break!
A lot of other viewers are suspecting Victoria as well because she seems so nice and doesn't provoke people, unlike Nicole or Paul. She does seem like a good candidate, but I keep thinking that the producers wanted a male contestant to be The Mole this time. I'm keeping a close eye on Alex, Clay and Craig. Craig would be a good Mole because he seems so relaxed and friendly.
is it just me or are Amy's columns getting shorter and shorter each week?
Not all the good shows are on hiatus right now..nothing from Army Wives? BSG? In Plain Sight? I thought there were a few things to watch this week. Granted, in July there will be more....
They have given two obvious clues that it is Victoria (although they could be Red Herrings, but she is the only one they did these things for). In the first episode she had the only helmet that had a finger print on it. And in the second episode, the host gave her the soccer shirt with the finger print on it. The producers could be trying to trick us, because reality shows aren't really real (and there is no point in trying to guess who the mole is if their choice of editing is actively trying to trick us), but if you use the logic that they give a clue each week, that would really lead viewers to Victoria. Absent the clues, my first guess would have been Clay.

I've got dibs on Kristen as the Mole. I know it's only been two weeks, but she's got the combination of brains, beauty, and sneakiness that the producers like to stick with. She lazed on the bicycling up the hill and suggested putting Bobby in the barrow so as not to collect any pigs. Hmmmmm...
I did not like MIT what was that? And I can not believe over and over again that it's the same Lauren Tom. It weirds me out everytime.
I liked that PJ chose Bobby bc Jeremy Sisto is being hot on L&O and Brando creeped me out in a rerun of CSI: NY the day before. but I don't think they've really moved on from her choice. I kind of think that it's just playing it underneath; who wants to go through all that agony on a sitcom? Oh but I did love Mike doing MM and loved when Andy went "Hello Buddy!"
Um, I can understand why Amy's column might be shorter lately - it's not exactly TV season. While there is some new stuff on, there is much less to choose from....
