We so don't blame Bailey for acting like a blithering idiot . . . this week's familiar faces
Really, who can blame Bailey from flirting with DB Woodside and his killer smile on Grey's Anatomy? Mvan knew that was Buffy's Principal Wood and 24's President Wayne Palmer playing Bailey's high school crush. Madeline Zima, little Grace Sheffield on The Nanny, was the friend of the boy with the pencil in his eye. Stewart remembered Zima traumatized us all this season when she played Mia on Californication.
Shella recognized Julia Ling as the obnoxious high school student who pretended she was friends with the boy in a coma on Grey's. Ling is Anna on Chuck and last season she was competitive resident Mae Lee on ER and Kim Tao on Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.
Jim knew that was Nancy McKeon, once and forever Jo on Facts of Life, as the mother of the missing boy on Without a Trace. Gil recognized Michael Dorn, Lt. Commander Worf on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space 9, was the missing boy's real dad.
You know I love Sara Gilbert. She is one of the most versatile actress out there with a permanent place in my "deserves her own show" file. We saw Gilbert, best known for playing Darlene on Roseanne, earlier this season as Leslie on The Big Bang Theory and there she was last week on Private Practice as the pregnant woman robbing liquor store. This year she also played Fern on The Class and Jane on ER.
Mary remembers Rusty Schwimmer was the woman who had another boy when she wanted a girl on Private Practice. She's Conchata on State of Mind, was killed by Sylar last season on Heroes and Barbara on The Guardian. Of course, we all recognized David Sutcliffe, Christopher on Gilmore Girls, as the police officer who asked Addison out and Sprague Grayden, Heather on Jericho, Denise on Weeds, Terry on Over There, and Judith on Joan of Arcadia, as the widowed woman giving birth to her first child.
Allison recognized Austin Nichols, John in John from Cincinnati, is Julie's new high school teacher on Friday Night Lights.
Indigo, Vaneeta on Weeds and Rona on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, was the runaway Dan helped on Journeyman. Rafael Sbarge is the serial kidnapper. Sbarge was Ray Wallace at the beginning of 24 last season, Jake on The Guardian, and we've seen him this year on Bones, Grey's Anatomy and Cold Case .
Steve Valentine, Nigel on Crossing Jordan, was the magician on House.
Tyler recognized Alan Ruck as Steve Sinclair on Ghost Whisperer. Ruck was Stuart on Spin City and most importantly Cameron in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Kay Panabaker, who played Nikki on Summerland, was his daughter. Panabaker also plays Catherine's daughter Lindsey on CSI and is the sister of Danielle Panabaker, who plays Julie on Shark.
Carrie recognized that Scottie Thompson, Jeanne on NCIS, had a busy week. She was sniper's wife on Shark and the girl with the deadly jellyfish on CSI:NY.

I'll never look at Jamie Kennedy the same way after seeing him as a cannibal on Criminal Minds last week. It grossed me out.
"Chuck" has definitely been one of my favorite shows this year. In this week's episode, I recognized the sniper who showed up at the end was Anthony Ruivivar, who played Carlos on "Third Watch". He also played FBI Agent Borjes on the short-lived "Traveler". This meant he had another run-in with Matthew Bomer (who plays rogue agent Bryce Larkin), since Bomer played Jay Burchell on "Traveler". Also, one of the smugglers was played by John Kapelos, who used to be on the show "Forever Knight".
This week's Criminal Minds also grossed me out. I was however delighted to see the 5th guy from Third Watch on there. I saw two in a row last year with Carlos and Finney. Sully and Boscoe were also on last season. Now we have seen Doc. I love that Criminal Minds is letting me see my Third Watch favs.
Don't forget that John Kapelos was also Carl the Janitor in The Breakfast Club!
Among his many roles, John Kapelos was also Sam's sister Jenny's fiance - aka "the oily bohunk" in Sixteen Candles.
Just wanted to add that Sprague Grayden was also on John Doe as Karen (IMO, her most famous role).
I had no idea that the girl on grey's anatomy was madeline zima... she did phenominal!
Rusty Schwimmer was also Bruce the midwife on Gilmore Girls.
Thought I'd mention another familiar face from last week's "Bionic Woman". Roger Cross played the foreign President's head of security. He was Curtis Manning on "24".
Sprague Grayden's guest role on "Private Practice" may have been her strongest performance to date. What a gifted actress! She can do more with five minutes of screen time (or less) than others can do with entire episodes.
