Highlights for November 23-25
Well I think what we really have to talk about is this whole Justin/Rebecca situation on Brothers & Sisters (Sunday, ABC, 10 p.m.). We're all concerned that their relationship seems to be going past the half-brother/half-sister rapport. I think this can only mean one thing. Ready for my fearless prediction? We will soon discover that they aren't related. I think this is the only direction that story line can go. Who's with me? This week guest stars abound -- look for Chevy Chase, Lyle Lovett and Steven Weber as a potential love interest for Sarah.
That's all for today. I'll be back next week with a review of Notes from the Underbelly (boooo), thoughts on October Road, and to discuss the life changing events that abound during sweeps. Have a question, seen a familiar face or want to nominate a quote of the week? Write me at amytvgal@zap2it.com. Have a wonderful weekend.

ooh, Steven Weber for Sarah...that's a good match, looking forward to it.
"Chuck" had a lot of good quotes this week. One of my favorites was the scene where Chuck turns around to find Sarah and Casey watching him while he's in the bathroom.
Chuck: "Is there nothing you hold sacred?"
Casey: "Only the right to bear arms."
Is it just me, or is Sara's note to Gil cliched and sappy. TV writers couldn't come up with a more original and less saccharine sentiment than that to end the only real relationship the show's ever had? Poor form.
By the way goWpgBombers, looking forward to a good match. Go Riders!
``Follow the Yellow Thick Hose'' from Pushing Daisies
From Pushing Daisies, I loved when Olive said "Don't make me cut a *****". I almost peed myself.
I bust a gut when Ned said "if I ever say that, I'm having a panic attack." Again, from Pushing Daisies.
That show deserves it's own section for quotes of the week. Best dialog.
I disagree with the idea that there is romantic tension between Justin and Rebecca. I think it's just fans who read spoilers that the two would develope feelings for eachother, who believe this is the case, and those who know that the two actors are dating in real life. I can't think of any onscreen event that would lead me to believe that we are to think that these two have any romantic feelings for one another.
Brothers and Sisters had better not go that way! I will be beyond disappointed. You can't go from thinking you are siblings to doing it! honestly!
I'm with you on the Justin-Rebecca situation. There's definitely romantic tension between them. OTOH, there's also romantic tension between Jeremy and Juliet on Dirty Sexy Money (which, admittedly, is also a Berlanti production). Due to the darling twins, I think there's an argument to be made that opposite-sex siblings who are extremely close to each other could be misinterpreted as having romantic feelings for each other.
But . . .
Frankly, Emily Vancamp and David Annabale have too great a romantic chemistry for there to not be something up. My prediction:
It's Justin that's not William's child.
I figure that Nora had an affair just before or just after William's affair (either causing or being caused by William's affair) and that's part of the reason that she's been so accepting of Rebecca.
Thus, Nora's outrage, surprise and shock at learning of the existence of Rebecca comes from having to actually experience her feelings regarding her and William's competing affairs and perhaps more than a little overcompensation for Rebecca being waaaaaay less the evil stepchild than she might have ever imagined. Plus, a great case could be made that more than a little of Nora's initial shock and surprise and outrage at the posthumous revelation of William's affair might be a huge case of Transference.
If this were any other series, I'd be tempted to say, "Nora having had an affair that retcons Justin into her illegitimate son would be going too far" -- except that they've already established the Walker family's immense capacity for self-denial, up to and including Saul taking 60-ish years to come out of the closet. If he can deny himself for that long, then IMO, so can his sister.
So, Justin and Rebecca wouldn't be blood relatives and they *could* then boink like bunnies and *still* be the brother and the sister fo the rest of the brothers and sisters.

I just dont know about Justin and Rebecca sometimes it does feel like there is sexual tension .
I also dont know how i feel about one of them not being a Walker .... I think i could live with it tho .
They should do the same thing on Heros Claire and Peter should have never been made brother&sister
