November 2007
When I go on vacation, TV tends to act out.
Well, it was a familiarfaceapoolza on Private Practice. Michelle recognized Tom Irwin as the priest. He's Father John on Saving Grace and was Joe Sorelli on Related. But most importantly we all remember him as the dad on My So Called Life. Rob pointed out that the love affair between Private Practice/Grey's Anatomy (or Shondaland as Rob dubbed it) and Gilmore Girls continues. Remember Edward Hermann was the older intern on Grey's. David Sutcliffe, Christopher on Girls, will return next week as a potential love interest for Addison. And finally Pablo was the first to recognize Keiko Agena, Lane, as one of the nuns.

That sound you hear is November sweeps coming to a close. Today is the last day of November sweeps.
Well I totally think I jinxed Jennie Garth.
"Know that you're my one and only. I'll miss you with every beat of my heart." Sara in her goodbye letter to Grissom on CSI.

Really, who can blame Bailey from flirting with DB Woodside and his killer smile on Grey's Anatomy? Mvan knew that was Buffy's Principal Wood and 24's President Wayne Palmer playing Bailey's high school crush. Madeline Zima, little Grace Sheffield on The Nanny, was the friend of the boy with the pencil in his eye. Stewart remembered Zima traumatized us all this season when she played Mia on Californication.
"Cliff this wedding is so fancy, Armani is wearing Prada." Marc to his boyfriend Cliff on Ugly Betty. Thanks to Jeff for the quote.
You know it's a sweeps month when all of the sudden TV characters start taking road trips to other shows. Last week, Gil Grissom and Jack Malone spent some quality time together on CSI and Without a Trace. As I watched the two leading men mark their territory, I started thinking about my favorite crossover episodes.
