Life as a medical resident isn't easy. There's always doctors bossing you around, the hours are awful and, to top it off, you're surrounded by sick people. Other Izzie options include a beautiful oversized cashmere sweater with a large shawl collar from Vince. It's perfect with leggings. Another cashmere option is TSE's fitted ribbed crewneck in dark pink. Remember, it gets chilly in Seattle, so sweaters are a must.
So is quality footwear, and not surprisingly Izzie, being a doctor, knows a thing or two about the human foot. To that end she sometimes sports MBT boots, the first physiological footwear that has a positive effect on the whole body. Their curved sole requires active rolling during each step.
