A statement released today to Entertainment Tonight about what Anna Nicole Smith and her attorney-slash-boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, were up to this morning:

"[Smith and Howard] escaped their house at [at 3 a.m.] and boarded a boat to quietly sail the ocean around Nassau ... on a clandestine sail to recapture simple pleasures -- fresh salt air on the face, a sunrise on the ocean, and wind in their hair. And then a good thing happened: during the sail, Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern made a commitment before God to be there for one another, to be each other's strength during this difficult time.

"By mid-morning, helicopters flew overhead, speed boats approached, and camera-equipped scuba divers invaded what had been an otherwise perfect moment of peace, solitude, and hope. The event was intended to be totally private between two adults deeply in love with each other and needing simple reassurances that they could count on one another through life's ups and downs. The outing was never expected to be shared with anyone other than Howard, Anna, [her newborn daughter] Dannielynn Hope and a few close friends and family."

After Daniel passed on the media, her mommy dearest etc. were sensationalizing his death and,Anna asked 'Why are people kicking me when I'm down?'Well folks out there Anna is not only down she is now passed on and this may be a good time to stop kicking her, Howard, Baby Danielynn,and you know what Larry B. a sex partner is not necessarily a 'DAD' so grab a life and leave Howard alone to carry on Anna's wishes. What is Dannielynn going to think of you when she is old enough to know that you called her mother trash i.e. Devil, evil etc.
You kept on Anna (even right after Daniel passed) about her baby girl Anna is also gone so now you've moved on to Howard well Mr.L.B. don't you think that there has been enough loss to go around for everyones pain. Leave Howard K. Stern alone he was Anna'a choice and not you she left you - she was a smart cookie her decisions were obviously well founded so grab a LIFE of your own...

I want to thank ET for supporting Howard K. Stern. Other networks and programs have trashed him so badly, I don't know how he is able to cope. Listen, - Anna NIcole chose HIM,not the other guy, she put his name on the birth certificate, which means she wanted him to be the father - He's had to deal with the death of someone he loved, immediately spend time in court to carry out her burial wishes, now he may lose his child, and to top it all, he may be evicted from his home. I want him to know there are people out here who are pulling for him. Thanks, ET for being on the right side!

I think the is a big pisture to look at.Vickie(ANS) had problems she created herself as a young girl. She did not finish school,got marries young.Then took mher Beloved Son home to her Mother to raise. So Virgie couln't have been all that bad if Vickie could let this Beloved child there.He must have been fine with Virgie for almost ten years.While his Mother was out making a name for herself.As a pole dancing stripper. What a name, no wonder Danniell did want in her lime light. Then the gold digger married a man that was old enough to be her Great Grandfather.That is when Danniell came back into her life, by the way did she pay child support to her Mother for those ten years?What made (ANSM) think she was should take from Mr. J. Howard Marashall's family. She could go back to bing a pole dancer.Or get a real job like most other people.Her life was messed up because she made it that way, there alot of young girls whom have had children young and have not messed up their lives as (ANSM) has.As remember she left the USA because she would not comply with the laws of Calf.She must not have had the money to be able to move on her own ,Mr.Ford Shelley supplied everyting for to make that move.But before her move, she and Danniell had an arguement. She kicked Danniell out of their Calf. home, Danniell then moved in with a friend of his.If ANS loved her son so much why did he not move with his (mother).Seems strange to me. Then ANS gave birth to a little !!!!!!!!!!!!girl,Danniell went to see his (mother) and dies at the age of Twenty.Almost five months to the day later Anna(Vickie) dies too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Now come to find out Danniell spoke with a PI WOW. And HKS said he no income other than what his parents are suppling him with. I am sure the IRS can do some checking into that. Cash can't be traced right.Wonder how long his parents can afford to keep him in such a life style. Or maybe all of those riends are going to keep him for life,right.Who's name is on the other home and boat that Anna bought in the Bahamas? Or is HowardK Stern's mane on them just like the burial plots.This throughs a RED FLAG in my face.Maybe Danniell had contact with his Grandmother before he went to the Bahamas. Wheather he did or not Virgie had a gut feeling after Danniell died. So she made a plea to her daughter. To no avail. Mother's and daughters have arguements from time to time, I don't care who you are or what walk of life you are from. That has nothing to do with the LOVE you still feel for one an other.In the viedo that was played in court of Anna being so nasty toward her Mother, she also said she cried for her Mommy (Virgie). She must not have HATED her to bad then!My HEART goes out to Virgie. As a Mother of three, I also would have took a stand against the drugs. And I would have done the same thing Virgie is doing.Do not give up your fight Virgie. Being as Howard K Stern"s is the presumed Father,why not do the DNA to confirm the matter at hand. He is only going to hurt this baby . If he is the Father that would stop the news media around the child. But he couldn't makeany more money off of her could he? ET you have all rights to this and that. So who is being paid for it. Oh a trust fund for the baby that Howard wants to control ,,,,,,I understand.Money talks and b------- walks.ET it is a shame you can not report everyone in the same light as you give Howard the light. I hope everyone involved in this gets what is coming to them.

I hear a lot about the diary of Anna Nicol being displayed in the media and that the person who has it is selling it for several hundreds of thousand dollars.
I would ask "where did he get this diary?"
A diary is a personal thing, she would not just give it to anyone, so he must have STOLEN IT.
WHY IS THE LAW NOT PRESSING CHARGES FOR THEFT OR BREAKING AND ENTRY?
It doesn't matter what Anna Nicol was or wasn't. The public, people around her and especially the media have been real pigs, and very disrespectful!
Let the poor girl rest in peace and stop trashing her memory.

Thank you Jamie Floyd of Court tv for finally saying what makes sense concerning Howard.Nobody can deny how much this man loved Anna and Daniel and to call him a murderer is crazy. I too lived with an addict for 21 years and last June I had to have him removed from the home because he was becoming violent. And guess what? We haven't seen him since! I truly hope Howard is the dad of Dannielynn. And if he's not, think about this, Anna left the country to get away from this Birkhead character. That should tell us something. If she was that determined for him not to be involved in the raising of this child, she has a reason I'm sure. Good luck Howard. My heart goes out to you!

I agree with Starr. I too, hope with all of my heart, that Howard is the father of Dannielynn Hope.It only makes sense, that if Anna left the United States, to go live in the Bahamas, she must have had a good reason, or reasons.She had made plans to marry Howard, not Larry Birkhead.Anna put Howard as the father of her baby daughter. Does anyone care about what Anna wanted, besides Howard? Anna and Howard, made vows to each other.To me, only people in love do that. Plus, Howard is the only father that Dannielynn Hope has had since she was born. I think in the best interest of Dannielynn she should stay in Howards care. And, Virgie, the way she shoveled dirt onto her daughters grave. And, then walked on Annas grave.That to me, does not show love, and respect.Whatever, anyone says, God is the only who can judge us. What Anna wanted, should now be respected, and carried out, for the best interest of her daughter.

I have not kept up with ET reports,in the recent months.However,I have kept up with the ongoing magazine articles.Dannielynn is a beautiful little baby.I feel so sorry for her losing her mother&brother,within a few months of her life.Now,losing the ONLY father she knew from birth..Howard.DNA is a 100% fact,but so is the love HKS has for Dannielynn & had for Anna.Hopefully,in time the media will let Anna rest for once.I hope the life of Dannielynn doesn't remain a circus.She is just an inocent angel,who has lost so much in just her few months here on this Earth.

I believe when someone passes on, weather that person may be famous or not there spirit should be left to rest. It is amazing how some people have no respect for the family. I also believe if one person has wishes that those wishes should be deeply respected and carried out. If Anna Nicole Smith wanted Howard.K.Stern to care for baby dannielynn then so be it.
