'Twilight: New Moon's' Kellan Lutz won't take it off for Ellen DeGeneres or $5,000

kellanlutz_ellen.jpgOn "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Ellen offers "Twilight: New Moon" actor Kellan Lutz money to take his shirt off but he won't bite.

The money isn't FOR Kellan, it's for the Humane Society of the United States, as Kellan is a dog lover. He says no to taking his shirt off, which is a darn shame. Actually, he says, "I can't." Is there some weird "Twilight" clause that werewolves go shirtless and vampires do not?

Ellen then counteroffers that she'll still donate the money if he'll do push-ups. So as middle-aged audience members squeal like he's a Beatle, Kellan Lutz does the weirdest push-ups we've ever seen. Is he doing push-ups? Is he doing The Worm? Is he a Cossack dancer? We don't know.

Either way, Kellan is an excellent sport about it and money is being donated to the Humane Society, so everybody wins!

"Twilight: New Moon" hits theaters Friday, Nov. 20.

its humane.. not human.

the dude is strong. he starts with just the regular yoga pushups, but lifting a leg or an arm while doing it is actually hard. takes a lot of core strength.

Bet he has a great ****!
