glee-cougar-town-dr.jpgThe Dish Rag think there's a good chance that Michaele and Tareq Salahi will probably not be getting a role on Bravo's "Real Housewives of D.C." anytime soon.

They're kinda busy, what with -- at last report -- a potential legal action looming against them for crashing the President Barack Obama White House state dinner. No sense of humor, those Secret Service agents.

But we'd like to float another reality show concept for the inspirationally ballsy couple.

Get ready for "Meet the Gate Crashers!"

Every week, the pushy couple will try to infiltrate hot Hollywood events, from A-list premieres and red carpets to Oscar and Golden Globes parties.

Don't laugh. It's not so easy to do. Paris Hilton tried to crash a CAA post awards party a few years back. She had to hide the ladies room after being spotted. She finally got tossed out by security guards.

The Salahi's got all the way to Obama, for crying out loud. These guys are good.

v-gc.jpgWe'd even like to see the Salahis try to get extra roles on some of TV's hottest shows. Can you imagine them showing up on "Glee," flirting with Alec Baldwin on "30 Rock," getting time-warped on "Lost," subbing for Oprah, being a judge on "American Idol," or giving perfect 10s on "Dancing with the Stars?"

Gradually, the show could expand to high level international political summit meetings as the couple has already proven their moxie at this ruse. Granted, the show would increase in difficulty each week, as the couple becomes more and more recognizable.

Disguises-- wigs, even FX makeup -- could come into play towards the end of the season.

Take a look at our gallery to see how this reality series might work.

Would you watch this show?

An e-mail I just received shows this smiling couple in a
June 9, 2005 photo with Obama.
Seems he must have known them
after all! So why put pressure on the secret service?
Maybe he'd like to eliminate
a few of them, maybe they KNOW
too much?

Tareq and Michaele Salahi snapped the pic above with Obama at a “Rock The Vote” event on June 9, 2005 (also attended by John McCain…whom the Salahi’s also took a pic with). McCain won an award for his work on campaign finance reform”. “Just call me Funk Master McCain,”he told the audience of 1,000 in accepting his award. Obama won an award for “forming a multiracial coalition in winning his seat”.
