Just like Jennifer Lopez and Adam Lambert on Sunday's AMAs, Kelly Osbourne slipped and fell on part one of the "Dancing With the Stars" finale on Monday night.

On the show, Kelly and her partner, Louis van Amstel attempted a difficult twist-around disco move that put Osbourne on her bum.

"You have all the glitz and glamour of the disco era," said judge Bruno Tonioli during the show. "I was there, I know what it was like. And sometimes people fell on the floor. It was part of the night."

Osbourne's famous parents, Ozzy and Sharon, gave Bruno's statement a standing ovation. Kelly came in third with the judges after Mya and Donny Osmond.

We spotted the Osbourne clan and Van Amstel  at Sur restaurant on Robertson Blvd. in West Hollywood following the show and Kelly hadn't even stopped to change.

She swept in around 8 p.m. still wearing her glittery short sequined dance dress from the show.

@ liz:

You trolling for some extra clicks? Don't dis Kelly by bringing AL into your article.
Kelly is ALL class. The exact opposite of AL!

SF streets got it right:
"He may push gay rights with antics that are cable fare, but not in the direction he hopes. Even great (get that) singers know where the boundaries are when performing. Getting onstage and 'going with the spirit' may appeal to AL fanboys, but he’s shutting the door on major audiences and $$$$$. Then again, he probably doesn’t care. Look at 3 of the 4 videos posted above. Proof that all it takes to create buzz & 'celebrity' is antics & a foul mouth. Not talent, class, & skill."

Kelly is sweet and has a great personality but she doesn't deserve to have gone this far...

Further evidence that there's an epidemic of clumsiness at ABC.

What effect will this lack of coordination have on the entertainment community?

I don't know, but I think it's proof positive of a need for further study, support, and outreach. Celebrities should not have to go through this alone!

DANCING WITH THE STARS… I think the whole show sucks. It’s not a dance contest, as it should be; it’s a popularity contest. In my opinion, when it gets down to the last 5 or 6 contestants, it should be a judge’s only vote. No voting at all from the viewing audience. That’s the only way there could be a reasonably impartial and educated vote.

agree, larry - - it should be up to the judges to decide who the best dancer is - - it's not a popularity contest

What a disappointment the DWS was this yr. You call it a reality show, and it is. Lots of Talent overlooked.
Go to a real Dance Comp and look at the great dancing .
