The Tween heartthrob hurt his ankle badly enough to have to go to the hospital during last night's concert opening for Taylor Swift in London at Wembley Stadium.

Don't worry, he's OK. But here's what he Tweeted about the incident and his broken foot:
"fractured my foot and had to finish the song on a broken foot. After i was done i was in such pain i skipped the encore and got..."
Sweet Taylor came backstage to make sure he was OK before he left for the hospital.
Hope he's OK and heals quickly. Feel better and get well soon, Justin.
