TwitterREPORT: Nicole Richie's car rear-ended by paparazzo in Beverly Hills
Nicole Richie was involved in a car accident this afternoon in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ's crack snoopers. Law enforcement sources told them her car was rear-ended by a car driven by a paparazzo.
Richie admits to being in pain, but says she will not go to the E.R. The new mom wants to see her own doctors.
Reports are that an adult male was in the car with Nicole.
Thank God it wasn't one -- or both -- of her babies!
Did we mention the other driver reportedly had no license?

Does someone have to be killed by the shutterbugs before anything is done to stop them. Seems there needs to be a little more teeth in the laws to prevent this type of incident from happening.

apparently people HAVE been killed in paparazzi accidents. given, it wasnt the total fault of photographers in the case of princess diana, i believe, but i do believe had they not been in the way of the ambulance clearance she might have lived. no, they will not learn.
