War of words: Seth Rogen calls 'Entourage' creator Doug Ellin 'a moron'
"Entourage" chewed up comic actor Seth Rogen in Monday night's episode. Now Seth is biting back.
The writers had their characters referring to Seth's "ugliness ... oddly fascinating" in a comic debate over whether Rogen could get a Katherine Heigl babe in real life.
Rogen fired back to E!'s Daily 10:
"Yeah ... I actually ran into Matt ... Kevin Dillon in a Starbucks. And he's like 'You know, I've got to kind of apologize because apparently the guy who created our show doesn't like you so much.' "
"And I said, 'Well, I have reason to believe because I think Doug Ellin is a moron from all I can understand, so it makes sense he doesn't like me.'
"And I've kind of said some disparaging things about the show. Although in our defense, ["Entourage" producer] Mark Wahlberg called us misogynistic in an interview, so I think they kind of started that. ... It's on. Luckily, I never have and never plan on watching 'Entourage.' "
So there.

Rogen also got chewed up on Sunday night's episode, when the show originally aired :).
Seth Rogen is just jealous because he lacks the capability to play DIFFERENT characters. It's ok Sethy. We all know the entire cast and writing of Entourage is ten times more talented than that BS Freaks and Geeks crap you had out 10 years ago.
If Seth Rogan doesn't want the jealousy backlash that comes with being the guy who's in a movie released every month, then don't make movies. Otherwise who cares? Are actors really such *******? If Mark Wahlberg calls you misogynistic, say something like "That's the kind of thing I expect a ***** to say." I think Seth is just being a smart ***, surely with his success he can't possibly care about what they say about him on Entourage.
entourage is the worst written 'hit' show in the history of TV. every episode is exactly the same and is as imaginative and clever as the zit on my a##

I love Seth Rogen, but I love Entourage.
Wish they didn't have beef.
jorge you are way off base man. freaks and geeks was an original, well written and acted show.
entourage is the same episode over and over. vince is up! vince is down. someone says ****. and then they party. oh sloan's back? the writers of that show ran out of ideas in season 2, which is also the last time it was any good.
Seriously? Entourage is one show, whereas Seth Rogen, Judd Apatow and their friends have made several movies...much more broad work than one TV show that is based on an actor that is more famous than anyone on said show.
For the record, I think Seth Rogen is cute - not Sexiest Man Alive material, but cute and sexy because he's funny. Also a fan of Kevin Connolly's.
Let's see...there's Seth Rogan who makes movies that generally appeal to 12-year old boys. And then there's 'Entourage' a smart, funny, wry comedy about Hollywood, but also about freindship and loyalty.
Who's the moron here?
You're the moron because you like 'Entourage.'
Entourage is okay, but it's hardly well written for an HBO show. Rogen appeals to many more demos than 12 year old boys. Obviously. I'd have to side with Rogen, who's career has ascended beyond anything that the cast/crew of Entourage have ever done, and that includes you, Marky Mark!
