Exclusive: Patrick Dempsey's McDreamy new Nike commercial

Patrick Dempsey talks about how we can all help fight cancer.

Dempsey (a.k.a. McDreamy on "Grey's Anatomy") stars in the new "It's About You" Nike ad campaign.

In addition to the Lance Armstrong "Driven" ad, the "It's About You" campaign also features multiple athletes and personalities sharing their stories,

It also features an innovative technology piece with the Chalkbot, a mobile unit that will receive messages from consumers (via e-mail and text) and transcribe them in yellow chalk along the roads of the Tour de France.
