Farrah Fawcett was laid to rest at a private funeral Tuesday at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles.

Her longtime love Ryan O'Neal and best friend Alana Stewart arrived at the cathedral early, around 4 p.m, according to People.

Charlie's Angels costars, Kate Jackson, Jaclyn Smith and Cheryl Ladd (who replaced Fawcett on 70s show) also attended. Garry Shandling, model Cheryl Tiegs, novelist Jackie Collins, Joan Collins and Fawcett's ex Lee Majors, with whom she reconnected with recently after two decades, were also there.

Fawcett's son Redmond - who was allowed to leave jail (where he is serving a sentence for drug-related charges) to attend the service - helped carry her casket, decorated with yellow and orange flowers.

The funeral program featured a photo of Fawcett in a sequined dress. A James Joyce poem "At That Hour" was inscribed inside.

"Play on, invisible harps, unto Love,
Whose way in heaven is aglow
At that hour when soft lights come and go,
Soft sweet music in the air above
And in the earth below."

Farewell, Farrah. You will never be forgotten.

ActorKevi_Gregg_16041557_600 TV Guide has made the A-party list for years with its hot ticket Emmy-night bashes featuring top musical performers and star-studded TV guests at L.A.'s hottest spots.

In 2005, the TV Guide Emmy party was held at the Hollywood Roosevelt. In 2006, the mag's Emmy bash was at Social Hollywood. And in 2007 the festivities were at Les Deux with Kanye West and John Legend. In 2008, the TV Guide fete was at the Kress.

But don't keep space for a TV Guide party on your Emmy night 2009 calendar.

There won't be one.

Blame the recession, the economy, you name it.

"We just looked at our event budget this year and felt we had to make some choices," says Debra Birnbaum, who predicts it will be a less frantic party scene this year.

"People are scaling back their budgets and the moving of the Emmy dates back and forth confused everyone," she said. "It makes it difficult to find venues and to book acts."

"With the move to the Nokia Theatre last year, we noticed a very different vibe to the Emmy party scene," she added.

TV Guide will still have its intimate Producers Dinner on Thursday night before the Emmys at an as-yet-unselected L.A. hot spot. It's not a press event, just an intimate dinner. Producers and writers from "House," "Lost," "Mad Men," "Two and Half Men," "24," "Desperate Housewives," "Dancing With the Stars," "Heroes," "The Closer," "The Amazing Race," "Entourage" and "How I Met Your Mother" can mix and mingle with TV Guide's senior staffers.

But rather than blow its budget on the packed Emmy party scene, TV Guide will hold a party to coincide with its big Hot List issue in early November. Expect an A-list party for a few hundred guests including hot new talent from TV's new fall season.

No names yet, but Debra did let it leak that TV Guide is still loving "Mad Men" and "True Blood," and has a new love, the comedy "Modern Family," so expect stars from those shows.

Not that TV Guide is giving up on Emmy parties altogether.

It's still planning one for 2010. Mark your calendars.

Why wasn't Chris Brown at the BET Awards' celebration of Michael Jackson on Sunday night?

Word is that producers pulled Brown's performance at the last minute.

According to the New York Daily News, Brown's appearance was considered risky business, what with all the bad publicity about his pleading guilty to a felony assault of Rihanna and getting five years' probation.

Reportedly, it was the Rev. Al Sharpton who caused a stir. "Al made such a fuss to the BET executives that they pulled Chris," says their insider.

So did Jay-Z. "Jay ... was very vocal about his displeasure with Chris attending the ceremony. He didn't want Chris anywhere near the awards so close to the court's ruling."

But BET publicists and Brown's camp insist the singer was never confirmed for the show.

That's also what a rep for Rihanna -- who also did not attend the show -- says.

What do you think?

After the sudden shocking deaths of Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett, Ed McMahon and Natasha Richardson, it's no wonder the Web has been rife with death rumors about other stars.

But relax. Everyone's still alive. Jeff Goldblum is fine. He even talked to TMZ's cameras this week. So is Harrison Ford. And Natalie Portman did not suffer a devastating fall or get injured on a movie set.

And so far, George Clooney is plugging along just fine, thanks much.

He didn't ...

Udated 11:59: July 1:

Updated 4:30 pm June 30:

Reports are swiftly spreading on the Web -- the result of scandalous stories in Us Weekly and on TMZ --  that Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe are not the biological parents of his older children.

And that his youngest child, Prince Michael II,was born to an unknown surrogate via IVF.

So who are the parents of his eldest kids?

Reports from insiders to both TMZ and Us Weekly claim that Jackson's longtime dermatologist and friend Arnold Klein, who was Rowe's boss when she was involved with Jackson, is the baster.

Update: Us Weekly's story does not claim Rowe is not the natural mother, only TMZ.

But TMZ also claims that Rowe was simply the turkey. The eggs actually came from another woman.

Rowe's attorney has already replied to Radaronline.com with this statement:
