Scooch over, Harlow. Nicole Richie expecting baby #2!

Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden has announced on his band's website that he and Nicole Richie are expecting another child.

Wow, that was fast. Just little over a year after the birth of daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden on Jan. 11, 2008.

"I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope [you're] all feeling as good as i am right now."

Madden's message is titled "Better than winning an OSCAR!"

After her infamous wild youth, Richie, just 27, has said that her daughter has allowed her a more low-key life.

"She gives life a whole new meaning," Richie told People magazine. Clearly, motherhood more than agrees with her.

OK, but don't go trying for 12 more, like Nadya Suleman.
