Is Johnny Depp getting married? Pourquoi?

That's a lame excuse. Who says a woman has to change her name after marriage, or even hyphenate his? I'm surprised that Johnny would suggest a thing; I thought he was more open-minded than that. She should just stay Paradis.

I dont know wat to think of this. i think they are a beautiful couple, and should get married, but only because THEY want to. GO JOHNNY AND VANESSA!!!! i luv them both and wish them luck if they do wed.

I'm not holding my breath this time. Every spring, the rumor mills start insisting that Johnny and Vanessa are going to make it official (last year, the tabloids had them getting married on TWO consecutive weekends!). The official word from them is always, "Nope, not this year, either..." (LOL). They find the wedding rumors tres amusant, but they're probably getting old by now. Shoot, why ruin a good thing by entering a social institution with a 50+ percent failure rate??

why are people STILL so disillusioned by what it means to be married? When will people STOP defining marriage as a piece of paper and a ceremnony and celebration in a venue of your choice. Most people don't actually embrace the religion they were raised in or claim to believe in and follow and don't much adhere to the "dealth do us part", part about marriage. So, just because our government, the money-making machine that it is wants to make marriage a "business", does not mean that we have to buy into it. Some places still consider a couple living together married after they cohabitate for a certain amount of time. It's called common law marriage and espouses the philosophy that if people are living unde the same room and sharing bank accounts and romantic life, a bed, and children, they are, for all intents and purposes MARRIED. How is a piece of paper or a few words froma Justice of the Peace going to change that or the committment. And, as far a the accountablility thing is concerned. Who are most people accountable to? God? Others? Not really. When push comes to shove not God, nor therapist, nor firend can keep them together. The paper is for mental mindgames and to appease the frail and fragile human conscience. Johnny and Vanessa and others have more of a marriage than most married couples. Stop making love a legal business, PLEASE!!!!!!!!

I hope you could maybe help me. I looked all over the internet for Johnny Depp. One of my great friend's sweet sixteen is coming up, and she doesn't want a car, all she wants is a birthday card or a signed photo of Johnny Depp please help me, she deserve it.

Marriage is just a signature on a piece of paper.
What matters is the intention of staying together for the rest of your life.
Johnny Depp looks like he has that intention; and that's what matters.
As much of a "fangirl" as I can be at times, I really hope he does marry her at some point. But even more importantly I hope they stay together, and stay happy.
