Heather Locklear skates: probation, fine, drug ed

Heather Locklear is one very lucky lady.

Her DUI case got dismissed and she pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor offense, reckless driving.

TMZ reports that she'll be placed on three years informal probation, pay a $700 fine and will have to attend a 12-hour drug education course.

Heather was arrested in September for allegedly driving under the influence of prescription meds. The D.A. says Locklear's blood tests showed prescription drugs were indeed in her system.

But no booze.

Wonder what on Earth those prescription meds were? Any ideas?
