Sienna Miller and Balthazar Getty have split up!

Hold on let me put my surprise face on.

The homewreck... er, actress confirmed the terribly sad and unpredictable break-up to Us Weekly.

"I'm single at the moment, and I'm completely happy with that," she told the mag at the Hollywood Dominoes VIP launch in London. "It's nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. I'm cool with being on my own."

Miller got a lot heat from press, paps and fans after she was photographed topless in July, kissing the still-married Getty on a boat off the Italian coast and on a hotel room balcony. It got so bad, her faithful fan club even ditched her!

Getty swiftly issued a statement that he was separated from his wife, Rosetta.

"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," read the "Brothers & Sisters" star's statement, which was released to Access Hollywood. "In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet, which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed, my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."

Amazingly, Sienna Miller later sued the photo agency and the publications over those racy photographs that she claimed violated her privacy.

C'mon. She was topless in public kissing a married actor? And she's angry that cameramen took photos of the amorous couple?

Puh-leeze.

The single-again actress is starring as Maid Marion in Ridley Scott's new film "Nottingham."

Lets hope she keeps her mitts off the very married Russell Crowe.
