Angry McCain staffers think Sarah Palin's a dumb diva?

Palin_coverThe minute the presidential campaign was over, McCain staffers started complaining loudly about Gov. Sarah Palin and what a dumb diva she was.

They're even saying the Palins behaved like "Wasilla hillbillies looting Neiman Marcus from coast to coast."

So what if she spent thousands more on her and her family's clothes than we knew (way more than that $150,000) and reportedly used low-level staffers' credit cards for more shockingly expensive purchases?

So what if a Republican party lawyer is going to Alaska to inventory and retrieve all the clothes still in Palin's possession?

So what f her daughter Piper, age 7, was photographed during the campaign carrying a $790 Louis Vuitton bag?

OK, well, so what if Palin had no idea that Africa was a continent, not a country?

So what if she hadn't a clue what three countries are involved in NAFTA? That would be Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.

Gosh darn it, people. Leave poor Sarah alone!

She'll be back in 2012. And oh, we can hardly wait. We're gonna be ready for ya, girl!

What do you think? Did we dodge a bullet with Sarah Palin?

Or do we have her to thank for throwing the race to Barack Obama?

That's certainly what McCain's camp seems to feel.

How about you?

These McCain insiders don't have the balls to come out of the gutter to defend what they have to say about Sarah Palin, you at newsweek to publish this is pure rubbish and gossip. Got something to say, Put your name on it, or shut up!

Thank you Sarah Palin-for being the insane, diva, devious, ridiculous woman you are. A seven year old child with a Vuitton bag? How can any Republican justify that? She was the best thing to happen to Democrats-and good for Katie Couric for getting her mojo back and throwing Palin under the bus. I can't even think about 2012-As I do when Bush is on TV-I will turn the channel any time I see Palin. She disgusts me.

right on the money!

Everybody please REMEMBER - a Republican dominated committee of the Alaske legislature UNANIMOUSLY voted that Sarah Palin abused her power as Governor. The clothing wasn't an accident either- she believes she deserves better than wife of a fisherman....and she will do anything to get it !!

What do you think? Did we dodge a bullet with Sarah Palin?

HA HA HA

Ask again in 6 months after all the Obama Zombies are dissillusioned and realize he's not a Messiah and only a flip-flopping inexperienced human being who's only interest is having power!

Ask again in 6 months!

HA HA HA

Hillary 2012

While all the critics are pointing the finger at McCain and his team for showing poor judgment in nominating Gov Palin, no one seems too concerned about her equally poor judgment in accepting that nomination in the first place. She obviously had no idea what she was getting herself into. Leaving aside her abysmal understanding of world or national affairs, or even geography for that matter, I think anyone with a clear sense of self would have smiled politely and said, "No thanks." If she has higher ambitions, she needs to start now preparing and educating herself.

I find it interesting that McCain staffers had apparently leaked many of Sarah's "antics" to the press, but the latter was "sworn to secrecy" until after the election. So much for the allegedly liberal press letting us know the truth. I'm just glad that the Loon-A-Chic from Alaska will fade into history, much like the polar bears will if Gov. Palin continues to carry out her anti-environmental policies in Alaska.

I have a gut feeling the comments that are repeated in article after article such as this, are from Palin herself or her ridiculous family. The hillbilly label is most apt. She is a pathetic, power-hungry bimbo.

Her chances of running in 2012 are nil, especially when more truths come to light.

I don't know when one person has offended me more.

The Palin VP pick was a huge gamble. Unfortunately for the McCain campaign, it turned out to be another losing bet. But instead of ******** to the media, just get over it and start working together for the future of our country. The election is over; we need to move forward.

Sara was the one of the good things to come out of the republican campaign. She had the guts to tell it like it is. It seemed like handlers in McCain's camp were always trying to hold her back. These cowardly handlers should be named and held accountable. Ron in San Antonio
