Kate Winslet bares it all -- and then some -- in the new issue of "Vanity Fair," talking about why she needs coffee and a ciggie in the morning, what she thought about husband Sam Mendes when they first met, how it feels to have five Oscar nominations and how much she really, really wants to WIN this year.
The British actress, 33, is up for nominations for best supporting actress and best actress for her plum roles in "The Reader" and "Revolutionary Road."
On her two 2008 roles:
"How the hell did I get that lucky [to have two compelling roles] in the same 12-month period? It's really rare and remarkable, and I don't take that position lightly. It might not happen like that again -- I'm well aware of that. You know, the truth is, I'm just going to bloody well make the most of it."
On wanting to win an Oscar this year:
Do I want it? You bet your (explicative deleted) I do! I think that people assume that I don't care or don't want it or don't need it or something. It's hard to be there five times, and I'm only human, you know? But I don't go home and cry, because we're all grown-ups here."

About her only vice:
"I don't smoke around my kids. Like that makes it any better that I smoke at all, because obviously it doesn't. But I don't smoke in the house. I mean, I had a cigarette this morning, which is because I hadn't been. Coffee and a cigarette: bingo! I'm not sure if I want you to print that."
When women ask about her amazing skin:
"And some of them will even say to me, 'O.K., what's the secret with the skin?' At which point I'm like, 'Oh my God, there's no secret. I have makeup on. And by the way, since I turned 30, I've had an acne problem on my chin. I'm just like everybody else -- I just know how to cover it. If you'd like me to show you how, I'd be more than happy.'"

She's up for two nominations? I wasn't aware that Oscar noms came out before all the movies were released.
(Just giving you a bit of a hard time, since I believe the intention was to mention the buzz about her roles)
Poor thing!! Let's all pity the former fat girl...........That is the lamest excuse in the world to draw attention to yourself by showing your body off. We've been listening to her whine for years now. Last time I heard, she was "comfortable" with who she was and what she looked like. She's really just conceited to the max.
