Jennifer Garner obtains restraining order against alleged stalker

According to TMZ, Jennifer Garner obtained a permanent restraining order against Steven Burky today, a man Garner alleges has stalked her since 2002.

Garner got a temporary restraining order against Burky earlier this month, claiming "his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening."
