Fan-generated videos of Madonna taking a fall onstage during her current "Sticky and Sweet" world tour are all over YouTube.
Onstage in Lisbon, clad in a skin-tight black pantsuit, Madonna grinds her pelvis into a guitar and a speaker.
Then she struts across stage and suddenly collapses backward and falls on her bum, sticking her stiletto-clad feet theatrically up in the air, for good effect.
Thankfully, she bounces back, but one cannot help but wonder if major anti-inflammatories and ice packs were required.
That's a good way to break a hip, Madge. Be careful, old girl!

Oh, all this ageism is so boring. Go, Madge! She's fabulous, and she's never been an act you're supposed to take too seriously - Madge getting so into her "Check out me be a big rocknroller thing, until I actually fall on my arse" is bloody funny, regardless of whether she meant to (in fact, it's funnier because she didn't). The concert is a corker, but she should definitely incorporate this into her routine every night!

Oh my God, I love Madonna! The fall was hilarious and she yet again got everyone talking, the fuckers and Madonna lovers alike. She falls kaploof! Then gets right back up ... like every winner does :)
I wonder why everybody is stressing madonna's age! If she were a man, nobody would care about that. Look at Mick Jagger in hot pants during his concerts. But he's well reviewed. She's a woman and many people can't stand she's still on stage at 50. Moreover, many of them are women and that's insane!
