TwitterRelax, Shia LaBeouf fans. No amputation planned for his pinkie!
The frenzy of reports from the "Transformers" set that "Indiana Jones" actor Shia LaBeouf will have to have a finger amputated as a direct result of that recent car crash in Hollywood are totally false.
While the actor has had some hand surgery, digit amputation is not on the agenda, according to his publicist, Melissa Kates.
"Totally untrue," she just e-mailed The Dish Rag.
Whew. Thank heavens!
I mean, it was only supposed to be his pinkie. But hey, a finger is a finger ....

When I first saw the headline, I thought the subject would be Shi"ites getting a reprieve from some grisly Shari"a punishment. "It's barbaric, but hey, it's home!" By the way, for you home players, the quotation marks in Arabic stand for glottal stops, where Arabic speakers gag themselves with their uvulae. I'm glad the kid's going to be all right.
