The September issue of Harper's Bazaar called on the modeling world's own first lady of fashion, Tyra Banks, casting the luscious media mogul as Michelle Obama in a comedic photo spread.
As Miss Tyra puts it: "We're taking a little peek into the future if Barack Obama were to win the presidency."
The most amusing part is Bazaar's articles special project director Laura Brown, who says, "At Bazaar, we're sooooooo interested in politics!"
(OMG, that is so weird. So are we at the Dish Rag! Loves you!)
We especially enjoy the fact that Miss Tyra isn't taking things too seriously in this video (below).
We like how she man-handles her male model stand-in for Barack, and we like how she splits for an after-work binge at White Castle.
You got our vote, ladies.

That is the most dumbest **** i have ever seen....You can have all the money in the world and be the biggest sell out!
Tyra is lost, we know that. My problem is she is spoofing a woman who is undoubly one of the brightest individuals who could become first lady. and this magazine is trying to relegate her to something of a media bimbo. This woman is Harvard educated for God's sake. Shame on you Tyra and shame on Harpers! I guess it is much more impressive to do an article on another potential first lady who is Stepford wife material and prides herself on fitting into size 0 jeans! Women wake up! I guess I see where who Harpers supports in this election. for rich ladies only!
I think that this layout is lame and done in poor taste. Michelle should not be treated as a circus side show rather she should be celebrated for her success in being a powerful, intelligent, and positive role model. She has accomplished admirable goals while wearing several hats ( wife, mommy, daughter, friend, community leader, etc.) and has been able to do it with stlye and poise. Michelle should be congradulated not hated. She should be applauded not made fun of. Michelle deserves the same amount of respect that you would have given to Jackie O.This woman is extremely intelligent and articulate. Michelle is phenominally woman, beautiful inside and out.
