Madonna's brother writes torrid tattle tale! Is Britney Spears next?

Talk about brotherly love.

Madonna's estranged brother, Christopher Ciccone, has written a book about her, "Life with My Sister Madonna."

And he could not have picked a better time for the tattle tale to come out.

The tome will hit the bookshelves right before her "Sticky and Sweet" concert tour, when her marriage to Guy Ritchie appears to be in trouble and just as Cynthia Rodriguez has filed for divorce from her New York Yankees husband, Alex Rodriguez, on the grounds of adultery.

Madonna has been rumored to have spent late nights with the baseball star at her NY apartment. She has officially denied any romantic involvement with A-Rod, who is now studying Kabbalah.

Ciccone, a gay decorator and chef who once worked for Madonna on a 1993 tour and the documentary "Truth or Dare," depicts Madonna  as "manipulative and self-obsessed."

Wow. Hold the presses.

According to the Daily Mail, his memoir includes everything from gossip to inside secrets about Madonna's sex life.

The book claims Madonna lost her virginity to a "guy named Russell," that Madonna called ex-husband Sean Penn a "paranoid control freak" and that Madonna lover Warren Beatty cornered Ciccone at a party and quizzed him intensely on what it was like to be gay. That's it?

The book recalls Bruce Willis allegedly chatting up other women while still married to Demi Moore, Ciccone dancing with Moore at a drag queen club, Madonna allegedly kissing Gwyneth Paltrow on the mouth during a New Year's Eve party at which Ciccone and Ritchie almost came to blows.

Madonna's rep, Liz Rosenberg, has stated that the singer had not read the memoir but found it "very upsetting" that Ciccone "has decided to sell a book based on his sister."

"I would have to assume she has come to terms with the fact that they do not have a close and loving relationship," Rosenberg said. "'And with the book coming out, I assume that will remove the chances of that ever happening."

Meanwhile, Britney Spears can probably feel Madonna's pain.

Britney is reportedly the subject of an upcoming tome by investigative reporter Ian Halperin, the author of "Hollywood Undercover: Revealing the Sordid Secrets of Tinseltown." His book "Stalking Britney: Under Siege with Britney Spears," will reveal details of her suicide attempts and allegations about substance abuse.
