Cynthia Rodriguezhas had all she can stands. And she won't stands no more.

Alex Rodriguez's wife has (finally) filed for divorce from her New York Yankees third baseman.

Her divorce petition states: "Alex has emotionally abandoned his wife and children, and has left her with no choice but to divorce him."

The petition goes on to state that the marriage is "irretrievably broken because of the husband's extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct."

What does she want?

A LOT!

Primary custody of their two daughters Natasha, 3, and Ella, 3 months; the $12-million Coral Gables, Fla., home; alimony; life and health insurance; private school tuition; and equitable distribution of assets. He's rumored to be worth about $445 million, according to TMZ.

Although she signed an antenuptial agreement (like a post-nup, not a prenup) shortly after the wedding, her attorneys will no doubt argue that it is not valid.

"Cynthia is tremendously traumatized and devastated," Houston lawyer Earle Lilly told TMZ before the official divorce filing.

NO big shockero that infidelity is a "major cause" for the divorce, but not because of any one incident. Apparently, the straw that broke A-Rod's marriage back was Madonna, although she is not named in the petition and has told People that she is ''not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage."

But his former trainer says that A-Rod's interest in Kabbalah is due to Madonna's influence.

And as for those reports that Lenny Kravitz is in the picture, he has denied any affair with Cynthia Rodriguez.

Some websites theorize that Madonna and Guy Ritchie -- who will divorce later this year -- have had this whole thing planned to drum up publicity for her new concert tour and his new movie, "RocknRolla."

Ritchie will also be appearing at Comic-Con 2008 in San Diego later this month to promote his digital graphic novel and comic book series, "Gamekeeper," part of Virgin Comics 'Director's Cut' series. Coincidence?

C-Rod's divorce papers were filed first thing Monday morning by attorney Maurice Kutner. Cynthia is also represented by Anthony Sabatino of Miami and John Van Ness of Houston.

Three lawyers? Yikes. That's a lot of attorney fees A-Rod will be asked to pick up. Meanwhile, A-Rod has hired Shaq's divorce attorney to rep him.

Now things are gonna get ugly ...

Madonna seducing younger men? Well, I suppose it must be difficult to find older ones!

Just kidding, Madge!

Madonna's state tax liens, Alex Rodriguez's tax liens, Dennis Rodman's federal tax liens and Kravitz's corporations

No surprises there... typical of madonna, the ULTIMATE attention seeking media w*ore-- when you become irrelevant, go back to homewrecking to drum up publicity for you lame projects,,,

London, you can KEEP her!!!

You know I'm sick of hearing about these "so rich I think stupid" celebrities! Us peasants who don't have the royal blood in our veins, are the ones who must remain peasants. Has anyone noticed almost everyone who is someone is related to another celebrity?? For instance Gwen Stefani is supposedly Madonna's third cousin. As for this crap about Madonna, she nicknamed herself M-dolla did she not? That means she's in it for the dolla. Money, the green stuff..In fact in her song Material Girl..The lyrics go..."the one with the cold hard cash is always Mr. Right." So there you have it..Now you know what's up and why these scandles are happening. Guy doesn't have enough bling bling or cha ching or whatever word is the hip word for money these days!

as if arod needs more bad publicity.

"Some of the most successful relationships are based on lies and deceit. Since that's where they usually end up anyway, it's a logical place to start."

Is this really worthy of front page news?

Seriously; thousands can starve, a black man's the serious Presidential contender, Afghanis blow up their Indian embassy, and yet someone feels that this "news" is important enough that its article should include an exclamation point!

Argh.

get a life people, who cares who does who, they want to put it all on display doesn't mean you have to read it. let go of them your life is much more interaestihg if you lokk at it.

london we don't want her never did especially when she started with the English accent crap

She's asking too much of support, she should work or do something that is beneficial. And, she'll doing nothing and let the money pour on her. Shame on her. Everybody works and even her ex to be.
