Cedars Sinai Medical Center is turning into Celebrity Baby Grand Central Station.

Actress Tori Spelling gave birth to her second child, a girl who has been named Stella Doreen McDermott, via a planned C-section at Cedars on Monday afternoon, just days after Jessica Alba delivered her baby there.

Little Stella weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces, nice and healthy, thanks in part to his mom admittedly indulging her cravings for Rocky Road ice cream and avocados. Urp. Hopefully, not in the same dish.

Dean McDermott and his actress-wife, who will reprise her rold as Donna Martin on the new "90210" spin-off, also have a show on Oxygen called "Tori and Dean's Home Sweet Hollywood." Their first child is a son, Liam.

OK, who's next? Will it be Nicole Kidman or Angelina Jolie? Who do you think will pop first?

Congratulations. Motherhood becomes you and Daddy too.

Conratulations to Tori and Dean on their new baby girl. May she bring them all the joy in the world. I watched them last season on Tori and Dean In Love and I really enjoyed the show and I can't wait til their new show comes on. Their little boy is so cute. They look like a happy family.

I'm so happy for Tori. I wish her and Dean all the best ! I really found Tori to be sooo funny and she really seems honest about her feelings on their show. They make a great couple!!!

I LOVE YOU TORI AND DEAN. YOU ARE REAL PEOPLE JUST TRYING TO MAKE IT IN A BIG WORLD. I APPRECIATE YOUR DOWN TO EARTH

WAYS AND THE SENSE OF JUST BEING YOU. PEOPLE SEEM TO THINK THAT MOVIE STARS ARE INVINCIBLE AND NEVER HAVE A BAD DAY, BUT THROUGH YOUR TV PROGRAM YOU LET THE WORLD KNOW THAT SIMPLY ISN'T TRUE. CONGRATS ON BABY #2, YOU TWO ARE GREAT PARENTS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
