Not only did she wear a cute shorter do and cutting-edge designer dresses on her whirlwind international "Iron Man" premiere tour, Gwyneth Paltrow also wore teeteringly sky-high stilettos by designers such as Givenchy, Alexander McQueen. Burberry, Christian Louboutin, Paccini and Guiseppe Zanotti.

It's almost too Carrie Bradshaw for words. Is Gwynnie trying to overshadow the footwear extravanganza expected on "Sex and the City: the Movie" opening in London this weekend?
