Sarah is nothing but a Skank, without George she'll be back in Vegas selling herself (where she still should be), she's thinks she's "made it" but the joke is on her. Someday George will wake up and realize what a mistake she is, next time George find a reputable woman who loves you more than fame. Oh and some boobs and no buck teeth!
