'Californication' star Natascha McElhone's husband dies

This is so so sad! Natascha McElhone's husband, Martin Kelly, 42, a famous plastic surgeon, was found collapsed at his front doorstep in London.

He was taken to the hospital but could not be revived. She is pregnant with their third child and was devastated when she heard the shocking news here in Los Angeles, where she's filming the Showtime hit series "Californication" with David Duchovny.

The couple has known each other since they were children and have been married for 10 years. Their 8-, and 4-year-old sons are with Natascha, who is best known for her roles in "Solaris" with George Clooney, "The Truman Show" with Jim Carrey and "Ronan" with Robert De Niro.

What's strange is that Kelly was fit and healthy. There is some discussion in the Daily Mail of a recent virus perhaps causing a heart infection. Scary!
