Brace yourselves!

Replicas of Amy Winehouse's mile-high beehive -- and her trademark heavy cat eyeliner -- were seen  stalking some runways in Mexico City this week. And Karl Lagerfeld has already admitted how much he admires the scrawny singer's style, after he sent models down a London runway wearing versions of her beehive and black eyeliner.

"She is a beautiful, gifted artist," Herr Karl confessed to press late last year. "And I very much like her hairdo. I took it as an inspiration. Because, in fact, it was also Brigitte Bardot's hairdo in the late Fifties and Sixties. And now Amy has made it her own style. So when I saw her, I knew it was the right moment. Amy ... she is the new Brigitte."
