Classified as one of Details magazine's Mavericks Class of 2008 -- 22 big thinkers who are, and I quote, "shaping our lives" -- Ryan is listed in the April issue among other such big thinkers as Diablo Cody, SNL's Amy Poehler and Kai Huang (the guy behind Guitar Hero).

Ryan was chosen as a Maverick for becoming "The King of All Media." He's such a Media King that he doesn't think he has time to date.
"I completely fell into a relationship, and I didn't want to," he says about a recent girlfriend. Hmmm. Teri Hatcher, maybe? "I remember having conversations like 'This is so weird for me, because I'm not supposed to be with anyone until I've achieved what I want to achieve.'"

leave the guy be. just because he's a celebrity doesn't mean we should scour his personal life. we don't know much about him except he's a good host. why do we need to know everything else about him? let ryan be the determiner and shaper of his own happiness and life. respect his privacy.
Everyone knows Seacrest is gay. What he doesn't know is that no one cares. Come out of the closet and stop the pretending. You'll be a lot happier. And we won't have read ridiculous awkward excuses about "finding the right girl"
