Punkette singer Avril Lavigne now has her very own clothing line.
And she's definitely going after the younger generation. Her new line is called Abbey Dawn and is described as a lifestyle collection (clothing and jewelry) of rock and roll styles with feminine touches.
It will launch at Kohl's for back-to-school with new collections every SIXTY days.
And the cost? $24-48.
This could also knock some of the stuffing out of Kate Moss' Topshop line.
Just remember, your best (and most authentic) Avril accessory is always a sincere sneer and a flippant finger wave.

I don't know if I want my child wearing her line of clothes. Her attitude towards other women in the business, Hillary Duff et al, has been disrespectful, mean, and condescending.
Women are already disrespectful to one another and Ms Lavigne does nothing to improve those lines of communication. She has been know to attack other females & put down their lifestyles just because.
I will not buy her clothes!

Figures....the clothing line I work for, which happens to be a rock influenced line, sent her all kinds of stuff she wanted....now she has a rock & roll clothing line. You are so rock & roll Avril.
