Wearing a pink silk Dior dress by John Galliano, Jessica showed off her new baby bump at Thursday's 10th annual V-Day luncheon, sponsored by Glamour magazine.

She's definitely getting more top heavy too. Not that that's a bad thing.

Taking the stage to perform a monologue written by V-Day founder, playwright, performer and activist Eve Ensler, Jessica warned the audience, "I hope I don't pop out of this dress. But if I do, it's OK since we're all women."

Except her hubby-to-be, Cash Warren, was also there, although I'm sure he's seen it all before, along with actors Val Kilmer and Dylan McDermott.

Also on hand: Katie Holmes, still giddy from her "Mad Money" premiere the night before, and her pal UA chief executive Paula Wagner, plus actresses Rosario Dawson, Kerry Washington, Ali Larter, Amber Tamblyn and Dana Delany.
