Orlando Bloom
will not be charged with leaving the scene of an accident or with DUI, according to TMZ.

Why? Because according to the official report, that night Orlie was not drunk, merely "dazed." Click HERE to read it.

Well, that's a relief!

But what does dazed mean? Confused? Bewildered? Stunned?  Or in Hollywood speak, could "dazed" be used in a run-on sentence like this, "Dude, so I met up with these hot chicks last night and we went to a couple of clubs and by midnight, man, I was like, totally dazed!"

Photo Credits: Doesn't Orlie look a little "dazed" with his Pirate's co-star Keira Knightley, too?

well, that's a new copout for one's condition after a driving accident ! I'm not DUI, I"m dazed.

Dazed is not drunk. Dazed means that when the car hit, the decelertion caused a whiplash that caused a mild concussion. Happens all the time.
