Andre's dressing Jennifer for the Oscars

Top Hollywood stylist Jessica Paster, who has been working with Jennifer Hudson for a few months, took a break on Golden Globes night when the inimitable "Vogue" magazIne editor-at-large Andre Leon Talley stepped in to dress the "Dreamgirls" best actress nominee. And guess what? She won! Jessica was back in the style saddle the next day, dressing Jennifer in that lovely Escada black lace dress she wore to the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. But rumor has it that Talley will work his award-winning magic again on Oscar night. What girl wouldn't want the voice of Oscar fashion dressing her?

So what couture designer will he put Jennifer in to make a big splash on the crowded red carpet? Hmmm.. Well, Talley did rave about his friend John Galliano at Oscar producer Laura Ziskin's brilliant "Celebration of Oscar Fashion" retrospective show on Tuesday where he admitted he played a part in getting Nicole Kidman to wear a Galliano gown to the Oscars a few years back.

I'm betting Jennifer will wear something from the G Man. And if Talley sees her while he's doing his pre-show "Road the Oscars" fashion rap, he definitely won't have to ask what she's wearing, now will he?
