Miley Cyrus' 13-year-old sister Noah caught driving illegally with Billy Ray Cyrus
Miley Cyrus isn't the only Cyrus in the headlines this week. The controversial singer's little sister Noah Cyrus was caught driving illegally on Thursday (Oct. 24).
The 13-year-old was photographed behind the wheel of a Fiat 500 with father Billy Ray Cyrus in the passenger seat. Regardless of the fact that a licensed driver was with her in the car, it is a clear violation in California where you must be 15-and-a-half to get a learner's permit.
Billy Ray and Noah were driving around a quiet street in their neighborhood of Toluca Lake, CA. The good news for the Cyrus clan? Noah and Billy Ray can't be issued any tickets for the violation since an officer didn't witness it.
Noah already has a career going for her. At age 3, she played the recurring role of Gracie Hebert for six episodes of the series "Doc," and played small roles in the background of six episodes of "Hannah Montana." Noah also voiced the role of Ponyo in the English adaptation of the anime feature film "Ponyo," and sang the film's theme song with Frankie Jonas, the youngest brother of the Jonas Brothers.
