Leah Remini planning tell-all memoir after leaving Scientology
After very publicly leaving the Church of Scientology in early July, Leah Remini is now looking to write a memoir. The "King of Queens" star tells Us Weekly that nothing is off limits when it comes to her book.
"It will include my experiences," she says, "everything that's taboo to talk about." Does that mean she's going to to talk about her split from Scientology? While the details behind Leah leaving the church are still unknown, reports have mentioned Remini allegedly being subjected to "interrogations" and "thought modification."
In her first comments following the departure, Remini told People at the end of July that she and her family "stand united." "I believe that people should be able to question things," she told the magazine, adding, "No one is going to tell me how I need to think, no one is going to tell me who I can, and cannot, talk to."
There's been no official announcement about the book or when it may be released.
