Lady Gaga paints her face to match 'Applause' album art, walks around in public
Lady Gaga likes to live her art, as evidenced by her
entire life and latest stunt.
In an effort to promote her new single "Applause" from her upcoming album, "Artpop," the singer wore almost identical face makeup to the album cover art while walking around Los Angeles on Monday (August 12). Be prepared to see all her Little Monster fans sporting the same painted face in just a few short days.
In an effort to avoid the single leaking early (like Katy Perry's just-released "Roar"), Lady Gaga actually released "Applause" early. She has been promoting it in extremely unique ways -- of course -- such as using a prosthetic arm in promo shots and going fully nude in a teaser video.
