Jeremy Sisto and David Walton to star in indie comedy 'Break Point'
A "Suburgatory" dad is heading to the tennis court. Jeremy Sisto is set to star along with "New Girl"s David Walton in the indie comedy "Break Point," Deadline reports. The film -- based on a story by Gene Hong ("Community") and Sisto -- centers on two estranged brothers (Sisto and Walton) who come together as doubles tennis partners to make a run at a grand slam tournament.
Also starring Amy Smart, Joshua Rush, JK Simmons, Vincent Ventresca, Chris Parnell, Jenny Wade, Mo Collins, Jerry Minor, Kate Flannery, and Cy Amundson, the indie film just kicked off production in Los Angeles with Jay Karas directing in his feature debut and Sisto producing.
Sisto currently stars on ABC's "Suburgatory," which was recently renewed for a third season. The half-hour comedy returns midseason. Walton will star in NBC's upcoming series, "About A Boy," which is also set to debut midseason.
