John Stamos tells Jodie Sweetin to 'stay sober' after separation news
John Stamos still has nothing but love for his former "Full House" costars. Following the news that Jodie Sweetin was filing for a legal separation from her husband of over a year, Morty Coyle, Stamos sent her a supportive tweet.
In a tweet to the former Stephanie Tanner, Stamos writes, "STAY SOBER we're here for you." In her memoir, "unSweetined," the actress talks about being a recovering drug addict and admits to using crystal meth, cocaine and ecstasy after "Full House" ended. She even wrote about paying for her habit with money she made as a spokesperson for the Just Say No to Drugs campaign. She has since gotten sober.
Sweetin and Coyle kept their marriage a secret for over a year. "We had wanted to keep it quiet and intimate for a while," Jodie explained. This is Sweetin's third marriage. She and Coyle have a daughter, Beatrix, while Jodie also has a daughter with her second husband, Cody Herpin.
