E3 2013: 'Super Smash Bros.' for Wii U and 3DS adds MegaMan and 'Wii Fit' trainer
When Nintendo announced a new "Super Smash Bros." was coming to the Wii U, the real excitement had to do with the characters joining the franchise. The fighting game is always a crowd favorite, and the newest version looks to be no different.
For the first time, the iconic character MegaMan will join in on the fun. While Nintendo doesn't own the MegaMan character, he's been connected to the company for quite a while. The first "MegaMan" game debuted on the NES in 1987.
Another character appearing in "Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U" drew laughs and applause from the crowd at Nintendo's E3 offering. The trainer from "Wii Fit" will make her fighting debut in the game. Most of her devastating moves will be based around exercising. What else would you expect?
Additionally, a villager from the game "Animal Crossing" will also make their first appearance in the new "Super Smash Bros." You can see a trailer for the game below:
