Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon renew their vows at Disneyland ceremony
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon certainly know how to show their love for one another. For their five year wedding anniversary, the couple took over Disneyland in a lavish vow renewal ceremony that involved them shutting down the California theme park, staying at the Dream Suite and 15,000 flowers being imported from South Africa, Holland and France.
"Celebrating our anniversary & #dembabies birthday (can you believe they're 2??)," Carey tweets of the event.
An avid tweeter, Carey documented the highlights of the night with TwitPics and Vine videos. "On our way to renew our vows. I love you @NickCannon shut down Disneyland KKLB," she posts along with an image of her in her princess-themed dress riding in the horse-drawn Crystal Carriage. She adds, "Slowly making our way to the freezing cold guests #donthatemebecauseimasiva #cinderella."
The ceremony afterparty was DJ'ed by Cannon and attended by around 250 guests, including the couple's children, Moroccan and Monroe. The twins celebrated their birthday party earlier in the day at Disneyland in the park's new Fantasy Faire area. When the festivities died down, the family of four retired to the Dream Suite in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.
"Happy 5th(!!!!!!) Anniversary to the Best Husband in All The Land & 2 years ago pon de delivery..." Carey tweets.
