'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Vicki Gunvalson's face: Better before or after?
After a pretty intense round of plastic surgery, Vicki Gunvalson debuted her brand new, still numb face on "The Real Housewives of Orange County" Season 8 premiere. After criticism last season of her "Miss Piggy" nose, Vicki called up fellow "Housewife" Alexis Bellino's plastic surgeon and decided to go under the knife. While Vicki was at it on the nose job, she threw in a chin implant and some other random stuff for good measure.
Since she was still swollen when the "Real Housewives" episode was shot, the new grandma revealed her new face for the first time to host Andy Cohen on Bravo's "What What Happens Live." Check out the video above for the big reveal.
"Hopefully it doesn't look any different," says Vicki, who admits her co-stars weren't the only ones she kept in the dark about her procedure. "I didn't even tell my mother until she found out tonight. So she's not real happy." Wait, a minute. So Vicki paid a lot of money to hopefully not look "any different?" What in the world is this woman talking about? Cohen asks Vicki to look right in the camera and explain everything she had done to her face.
"I had fat from my sides put in my face," Vicki explains. "And then they put a little implant, because I guess when they do the nose they have to do the chin. I don't know. I just kind of closed my eyes and said do what you think is gonna look good. And they did it."
Right. Because every woman who gets a nose job also gets a chin implant? (No.) Also, how many women do you know who tell a cosmetic surgeon to just do whatever he wants while they're under anesthesia? Regardless of Vicki's refusal to acknowledge her own actions in rearranging her face, what do you think of the results? Have your say by voting in Zap2it's poll below:
