Vanessa Marcil's divorce from Carmine Giovinazzo finalized

Actress Vanessa Marcil ("Beverly Hills 90210," "Las Vegas") is back on the market, fellas. Her divorce from "CSI: NY" actor Carmine Giovinazzo has been finalized, reports TMZ.

Marcil filed for divorce from Giovinazzo back in August, just over two years after the pair were married in New York. Reportedly, Marcil retains their property in Los Angeles and the rights to her baby clothing line Baby Gagoo. Carmine will retain his motorcycles and several other automobiles, among other assets.

If you'll recall, Giovinazzo also made headlines in 2013 for his DUI arrest, in which officers said he was one of the nicest people they've ever arrested, since he kept apologizing and saying he "didn't want to be an a**hole."
