Sharon Stone sued by second housekeeper for wrongful termination and retaliation

sharon-stone-sued-by-housekeeper-gi.jpgSharon Stone is being sued by her former housekeeper, Angelica Castillo. If this feels like a case of deja vu, there is good reason. Another former housekeeper and nanny, Erlinda T. Elemen, filed suit against Stone last year for wrongful termination and harassment.

While Elemen alleges Stone would not allow her to read the Bible or speak in her native Filipino accent in front of Stone's children, Castillo tells a different tale of woe.

In a lawsuit filed Monday (March 11) in Los Angeles by attorney Eric Rose -- who also represents Elemen -- Castillo alleges Stone forced her to work despite doctor's orders for bed rest after an on-the-job injury, and would not allow other workers to help her with heavy lifting. Stone also allegedly called Castillo "crazy" and fired her.

Castillo claims the "Lovelace" actress retaliated against her with threat of a lawsuit when Castillo filed a complaint with the Fair Employment authority in California. She is seeking unspecified damages.

As for Elemen's suit against Stone, Rose tells Zap2it the case is expected to go to trial in July.
