Selena Gomez 'really' happy being single

Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens stopped by "Chelsea Lately" Thursday night (March 21) to promote their new movie, "Spring Breakers." But naturally, host Chelsea Handler had to make an inquiry into Gomez's recent split from Justin Bieber.

When asked if she's happy being single, Gomez says, "Yes, I really am."

They also talked about the movie -- there's apparently a threesome between Gomez and Hudgens' characters and James Franco's character, plus drugs and crime. It's quite a change for these girls as actresses.

"We're growing up," says Hudgens.

"Spring Breakers" opens nationwide on Friday, March 22.
