Meet Kate Upton lookalike Ania Korkh: The doppelganger's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover photo makes her an instant internet celeb

Brace yourselves -- there are apparently two Kate Uptons on the planet.

A few days ago, Russia native Ania Korkh tweeted the above photo of herself (right), writing, "Me as Kate Upton. @KateUpton #doppleganger." She is posing as Upton on the latest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover. 

When Upton retweeted Korkh, calling the resemblance "amazing!", the story took off. So much so that Sports Illustrated's Swim Daily has interviewed Ania.

"I've been told I look like her in the past, but when the SI issue came out and she was wearing the same jacket that is hanging in my closet, I knew it had to be done," says Ania, a 20-year-old student at Vancouver's Capilano University. "I didn't think anyone except my friends would ever see it."

She adds that her former Twitter bio that listed her as a "mail order bride in training" was just a joke -- so stop proposing.

Ania also says she's been a Kate Upton since the model hit the fashion scene.

"I've been a fan for a while; it's relieving to see someone challenge the stereotype of rail-thin models," says Ania.

The resemblance is pretty uncanny, huh?
