Lil Wayne 'just resting' in hospital after multiple seizures - report

After suffering a series of seizures while filming a music video, it is being reported that rapped Lil Wayne is recovering well in Cedars-Sinai Hospital.

"He's good, just resting," a friend tells CNN after visiting Lil Wayne in the hospital. It has been five days since Weezy was hospitalized. His publicist Kia Selby tells CNN, "Lil Wayne is doing well."

In addition to this anonymous friend, it turns out that Lil Wayne's mentor Birdman also paid the rapper a visit. TMZ has a photo of Birdman at the hospital, and mentions that Drake and Los Angeles Clippers star Chris Paul have also visited Weezy.

"My son is feelin Good.will be home real soon," Birdman tweeted.

The last update from Lil Wayne came on Twitter on March 15. "I'm good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love," he posted. He was hospitalized on March 13.
